These terms and conditions are not there to intimidate the user but are there so as to minimise the areas of conflict. We have listed these so that the user is aware of the processes and rules that can affect him/her, his/her order and the recipient.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "you" or "user" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a member of the Website by providing Registration Data while registering on the Website as Registered User using the computer systems. The terms "we", "us", "our" shall mean DANGEE DUMS LTD.

SERVICES OFFERED:

Dangee Dums allows customer to order goods through its website, the service provided by the website (all such services, collectively, the "Service") can be of two types, the first being that order is delivered to the customer based on the address provided by the customer, the delivery is made By Dangee Dums’ delivery personnel or through one of its delivery partners. The second type is where the goods ordered by the customer is kept at the store chosen by the customer from where (s)he can collect the order at a convenient time within the store’s working hours.

CHARGES:

Membership on the Website or app is free for buyers. Dangee Dums does not charge any fee for browsing and in-so-far buying is concerned, the amount liable to be paid will only include the price of purchase good, the delivery charge (not applicable for customer self-pickup) and the local tax. Dangee Dums reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time. In particular, Dangee Dums may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the Website or app or any other platform. In such an event Dangee Dums reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Website and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website or app.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DANGEEDUMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OF USE, EVEN IF USER HAS BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

PRICING:

Prices for products are described on our Website or app or any other platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are in Indian rupees. Prices, products and Services may change at Dangee Dums discretion.

SECURITY:

All payment details which are entered through this payment gateway are encrypted when the Customer, or third party making the payment, enters them. Communications to and from the Service Provider’s site are encrypted.

Dangee Dums shall not be liable for any failure by the Customer or third party making payment to properly protect data from being seen on their screen by other persons or otherwise obtained by such persons, during the online payment process or in respect of any omission to provide accurate information in the course of the online payment process.

SERVICE PROVIDER

Online Payments for an order can be made by Credit / Debit card or Net banking. These payments are not collected by the Dangee Dums directly but by the Service Provider.

Once payment is received by the Service Provider in cleared funds, the Service Provider will contact the Dangee Dums to confirm the details of the successful payment made by the Customer, or third party making payment. On receipt of this confirmation, the Dangee Dums will confirm to the Customer that the payment has been received and accepted by the Dangee Dums. In the event that the Customer does not receive confirmation of the payment, it is the responsibility of the Customer to check with the Dangee Dums that the payment has been accepted. If you are directed to our service provider processor, you may be subject to terms and conditions governing the use of that service provider’s service and that service provider’s personal information collection practices. Please review such terms and conditions and privacy policy before using the Platform services. The Customer shall remain responsible for the payment of order until such time as the confirmation as referred to above is received from the Dangee Dums in relation to each of these and any outstanding amounts owed to the Dangee Dums.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS:

The orders are accepted via the website alone. The other channels for order acceptance include our customer care phone number through either by call or Whatsapp.

Exactness not guaranteed:

Dangee Dums hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final product as delivered to the recipient.

We DO NOT guarantee delivery of the exact replica of the products mentioned on the website.

In the case of cakes, the chef uses the pictures as guidelines but they have their own style of preparing the same flavored cakes. Therefore the cakes though the same flavored might look different. In case the cake you ordered cannot be delivered due to unavoidable circumstances, we may deliver a similar cake of the same monetary value upon customer confirmation.
In case of any other products, if we cannot deliver the same products due to unavoidable circumstances, we will deliver similar products of the same monetary value.

Products and services delivery - date and time slots:

The time slots provided at the time of checkout can be selected by the user. These are the preferred dates and time slots of the customer. We strive to do deliveries on the selected date and time slot but it is NOT A GUARANTEE.

For day time delivery, delivery time ranges from 11 AM to 11 PM
The latest time by which an order will be accepted on the website is 10.15 PM
Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm the availability of the recipient before choosing the delivery time.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the second attempt will not be made and the order will be canceled. No refund will be made in such a case.
Delivery timings, if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, during rush days like Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day, Rakhi, New year Eve, etc.
Special day deliveries are processed until 48 hours of requested delivery date and time slots

Special days for Dangee Dums include but are not restricted to Mother’s day, Father’s Day, Diwali, Holi, Valentine’s Day, Friendship Day, Raksha Bandhan, Christmas and New Year.
